Who We Are

 

We are Claire and Jo, founders of HELP Recruitment. We first met in 2007 when Jo was working as an event manager for the Government building and Claire was her friendly account manager for a staffing agency. Throughout our extensive careers in the hospitality and events industries our paths continued to cross, there was either a stalker amongst us or something was pulling us back together.

In 2012 we came to work together again at Create Food & Party Design, a well-known event caterer based in London. After our time at Create, Claire went on to have a successful career in sales and marketing at a number of caterer start-ups and restaurant brands, while Jo moved into the event agency field.

In 2018 our paths crossed again when we both began at the same recruitment agency. At this point, we started to think something was bringing us together.

With over 40 years of industry experience under our belts, HELP Recruitment has a huge knowledge of the hospitality, events & leisure industries, operating with an extensive network of contacts and offering a transparent and professional service.

Having experienced recruitment both from a candidate and client perspective HELP Recruitment was built off the back of a desire to streamline the process for all parties, while offering a bespoke and personal experience.
